Fees & Policy
At Strings & Keys Studio, we value transparency and flexibility in our billing approach. Please take note of the following details regarding our invoicing and fee structure:
Invoicing Frequency:
Lessons will be invoiced monthly on the 28th of every month. This regular invoicing schedule ensures a consistent and convenient process for both students and parents.
Charging Method:
The fees are determined based on the number of lessons attended rather than a fixed monthly rate. This means that charges are directly tied to the actual time spent in lessons. If a student attends more lessons in a month, charges will reflect the additional instructional time. On the other hand, if a student does not attend any lessons in a given month, they will not incur any charges.
Fee Structure:
30-minute lessons: $34
45-minute lessons: $51
60-minute lessons: $68
The fee structure is designed to offer a more flexible and tailored approach to billing, ensuring that charges align closely with the actual time invested in each lesson. This approach allows for a fair and personalized billing experience for students and their families.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 18 hours before the scheduled lesson will be charged in full.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, the student will not be charged.
This policy ensures that lesson times are used effectively and fairly for all students. Last-minute changes, insufficient notice, and inconsistent scheduling requests make it difficult to provide a structured and reliable lesson schedule. Additionally, missed lessons without notice leave an empty time slot that could have been utilized by another student. This policy helps maintain consistency and ensures that everyone's time is respected.
